This question can't be answered without knowing the current time. To figure out what time it was 20 minutes ago, simply subtract 20 minutes from the current time. For example:
- If it's currently 3:15 PM: 20 minutes ago it was 3:00 PM.
- If it's currently 11:50 AM: 20 minutes ago it was 11:30 AM.
There's no single answer to "What time was it 20 minutes ago?" The answer is relative to the present moment.
